All Regency Park homeowners should have either a 2nd notice for unpaid dues or an update on the traffic wall on their front door no later than tomorrow (July 20). If you do not receive one, please let me know.
For anyone who is renting, the notice has been mailed to the owner. The Board voted to hire a company to remove the one section of the wall which is leaning. We do not have the funds to hire a company to straighten the other wall that is leaning. Please support your HOA and save the wall. Thanks.
We have had a strong first response to the Annual Dues Notices. Pay before July 1st and the HOA will put a flag out for you on July 4th . Any questions, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Support the wall, pay your dues!!!

Update on Agenda Topics for Annual Meeting:
Please note that the traffic wall is in need of minor/moderate repair. If the wall is not repaired, the City of Dallas appears to have the legal authority to remove the wall, and assess (levy) ALL Homeowners in the sub-division regardless of whether you are an HOA Member. Please plan to attend this meeting so that we can discuss details and potential solutions.
The Annual Regency Park HOA General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday April 26, 2017. It will be hosted in the large auditorium at the Timberglen Branch Library off Timberglen and Midway, and will begin at 6:30pm.
The meeting is open to all residents of Regency Park; you do not have to be a paid member of the HOA to attend. Come learn what the HOA is doing for you and the community.
