Sunday Fun

Volunteers cleaned up up the sidewalk section on Midway between the condos and Cedarview this Sunday morning (July 23).

They used the edger and pulled the weeds, then they sprayed with ground clear, and picked up the weeds and garbage.

Many thanks for all the hard work, especially given the July heat.  It looks a lot better!

Also, if you haven’t noticed – the landscaping at entrances has been tidied up over the last few months thanks to the efforts of a handful of volunteers.

HOA 2nd due notices and update

All Regency Park homeowners should have either a 2nd notice for unpaid dues or an update on the traffic wall on their front door no later than tomorrow (July 20). If you do not receive one, please let me know.

For anyone who is renting, the notice has been mailed to the owner. The Board voted to hire a company to remove the one section of the wall which is leaning. We do not have the funds to hire a company to straighten the other wall that is leaning. Please support your HOA and save the wall. Thanks.

Your Dues Cover the Costs of the Wall

For neighbors who were unable to attend the annual meeting in April, we are posting this excerpt from the presentation to demonstrate the importance of dues-paying members.

Regency Park HOA annual dues are only $75 per year, and dues are voluntary.  Our neighbors across Voss pay much more annually, and dues are mandatory.

Without your annual dues, the City of Dallas has the authority to remove the wall and assess a fee to every homeowner in Regency Park.

For additional information, refer to the Annual Meeting presentation.
